Spirit Origin Coffee roasts specialty Honduran coffee on site in First Bight, Roatan, including Geisha espresso and Cup of Excellence lots. Its 21-seat Coffee Omakase is a 75-minute guided tasting priced at $99 per guest, pairing rare micro-lots with food. The open-air From the Roots dining room overlooks the Caribbean and serves international cooking, including snapper fish and chips. A $45 Sunday chef’s brunch includes Spirit Origin coffee, one main, dessert and a drink.
