Udurau Restaurant

Udurau is the oceanfront house restaurant at Turquoise Bay Dive & Beach Resort on the north shore of Roatan. The kitchen blends Latin American, Italian, and Caribbean cooking: Honduran-style breakfasts, custom omelets, and fresh fruit with yogurt in the morning, then comfort-food classics through lunch and dinner.

Seafood is the signature. Tuna, snapper, wahoo, mahi mahi, grouper, and king mackerel are pulled from local waters each morning and served alongside pork, chicken, island vegetables, and daily specials. A full bar runs from mid-morning to late, and a dedicated kids’ menu makes Udurau an easy choice for families.
