Standard, Pro and Elite have no long-term contract. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel by emailing bi*****@****an.org at least 7 days before your renewal date. Details are in the Help Center.

No. Search for your business name on the claim your business page and claim your existing listing, then choose a plan. If your business does not come up, you will be walked through adding it. You can also claim a listing directly from its own page.
Support is by WhatsApp, Monday to Friday. Response times are usually within 48 hours on Starter, 24 hours on Standard, 8 hours on Pro and 2 hours on Elite. You can also contact us with questions before you choose a plan.
