Snapper’s other Roatan location is in Plaza Juárez in Coxen Hole. The kitchen serves made-to-order seafood, fried shrimp, bowls, burgers, pastelitos and sides. The dining room is fully enclosed and air-conditioned, with booth seating. Open 11am to 9pm and closed Mondays. The original Snapper’s is on the water at Brick Bay and keeps longer hours, opening at 7am seven days a week.
