Roatan Tec Center teaches technical diving, from TDI Sidemount to Trimix, and guides certified technical divers on deep wreck and reef dives. The two-day sidemount course includes confined-water practice, open-water dives, buoyancy work and emergency drills. Backmount and sidemount gear can be rented. Technical courses require a physician-signed medical statement from the past 12 months and DAN insurance or equivalent coverage.
