Mayan Divers is the PADI 5 Star Instructor Development dive shop at Mayan Princess Beach & Dive Resort on West Bay Beach. Its four roofed boats, Nellie, Eli, Maite and Island Princess, are moored on the beach and carry oxygen and first-aid kits. The reef also starts just off the beach in front of the resort. The daily schedule is two morning dives and one afternoon dive, with night and sunrise dives on request. Courses run from Discover Scuba Diving to PADI instructor training, with eLearning to finish the theory before arrival. Rental gear is mainly Scubapro.
