Roatan Food & Wine Festival

The Roatan Food & Wine Festival is a two-day, world-class culinary celebration hosted by the Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort and Spa on West Bay Beach. Set across wooden terraces overlooking the Caribbean at sunset, it brings together chefs from World’s 50 Best Restaurants and Bars, mixologists, fine wines, artisanal spirits, and craft cocktails for one of the island’s premier events for food lovers.

2027 dates: Thursday, April 30 and Friday, May 1, 2027, from 5:00 to 10:00 PM each evening.

Each night features unlimited food and beverage tastings across 15 or more signature culinary stations, 25 or more premium wines, handcrafted cocktails, live entertainment with DJs and cultural performances, raffles, and sponsor activations. Guests can join 45-minute guided experiences including wine tastings (Italy, US, Uruguay, and Spain), rum and tequila tastings, and Honduran coffee and cacao sessions, plus an adults-only cigar lounge with live cigar rolling and a Relax and Restore wellness lounge.

Tickets (plus tax)

One-Day Pass: $130 early bird (through March 15, 2027) or $160 standard. Includes a welcome amenity bag, unlimited tastings, complimentary raffle tickets, live entertainment, and sponsor activations.

Two-Day Pass: $199 early bird or $320 standard. Includes both nights with premium pours, complimentary raffle tickets both days, and priority experience access.

VIP Dance Floor Lounges (festival tickets not included): VIP Cabana $1,500 (up to 10 guests) or VIP Lounge $1,000 (up to 8 guests), each with reserved seating, exclusive premium pours, and dedicated service.

Culinary team

Led by Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director Guido Ojeda (Argentine, 20+ years), Executive Sous Chef Salvador Casasola Cruz, and Italian restaurant manager and beverage curator Andrea Baldi. A Guest Chef Series brings visiting chefs for one-night-only experiences before the festival begins.
