Caribbean king crab is the signature at Gio’s Restaurant, the original French Harbour, Roatan location that opened in 1994. The menu pairs local seafood with Italian dishes, plus chicken and beef. Diners can choose an over-water terrace or indoor dining rooms, including an air-conditioned room.
